The most annoying thing is being left in the dark with no official explanation or any updates as to what's happening. It's understandable that these things can happen, but it's terrible customer service not to at least keep us informed, that's quite inexcusable. Shame on you virgin.
So this morning I unplugged the TIVO & waited 30 seconds and plugged back in, it went through the installing process and rebooted on its own, the screen went black for a few seconds then asked me to press ok to continue and hey presto - I have TV !
Lucky you, mines still not working this morning and that's since Wednesday. Last night I was told I would be called back today and visited today nothing yet. I called in they said that was wrong nobody would be out and that it is being resolved now. The same line I was fed on Wednesday. 10 more days in which I can cancel though, always a bright side
