Engineer failed to arrive

  • Well I've waited all morning for my engineer to turn up, had half days holiday and guess what no engineer no phone call nothing. So still without tv had the green screen of death for over a week, if I failed to be here for the appointment I would be charged only think it's fair, that I get compensated for my wasted time and still no TV...asked if VM could just send me a new box in the post, sorry that's too simple. We don't do that..so sat here still no TV...when my contract is up I think it's time to go

Was the appointment missed in the end?

It should be covered by automatic compensation if so.
