Doesn't boot up...

The V6 box gets as far as the screen with Welcome in different languages and then goes blank, the light on the box turns red and starting up appears again and gets as far as the welcome screen before shutting down and restarting the process. I have 2 boxes, the other one is fine, this one playing up is a few years older than the other one.

Any ideas?

Any TV box that won't boot has a fault. You can report faults one of two ways..

1: Calling in - 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone

2: Waiting on this forum, may be a couple of days, for a VM staff member to respond.

thought as much...have called and organised an engineer visit for Monday...

New around here?

New box installed this morning, haven't been home yet to test it but my wife said it's all done.

That's not bad, call on Friday, Engineer visit Monday and all fixed.
