Disabled remote

Hi ,my wife has MS and is just out of hospital after a double lung operation. Her speech is very poor due to her condition and her hands aren't able to use the remote with the v6 box very well . Spoken to customer service who say they have a disabled remote but keep sending me the standard one 🙄. Does anyone know if there is a simple remote or large button remote which works with the V6 box .Thanks for any help

Sorry to hear about your current situation, and the issues getting the correct remote sent out to you! We do have an accessible remote. You can read more about it here 👉Accessibility Services and Products | Virgin Media Help. The main features of the high contrast / accessible remote are;

• Buttons of different shapes to make using them easier.
• Curved sides so you know which way it's facing.
• A raised indicator on the 5 button.
• Audio feedback cues on the TV.
• Audio description available.
