Delete recording

We have a recording on "My Shows" which will not delete.When we try to delete it we get

a dialogue box saying "You are trying to delete a show from a channel you don`t subscribe to"

which seems odd.Any suggestions where to look next?

I once had something similar - I kept deleting a show and it never disappeared from the list.  In the end I switched the V6 off at the mains for 5' and rebooted and hey presto when it was all back up - it had gone.  Worth a go.

Hi Josh,before I was able to try your suggestion,by coincidence for some unknown reason the screen went blank.

it came back with the welcome screen,then start up and the recording was deleted.
