Channel 4 HD low sound

We have very low sound on most Channel 4 HD programmes on the programme voice overs. People/actors speaking in the programmes are fine but the voice overs/commentary are very very low and can barely be heard.

The sound is fine on SD but poor on HD. Adverts are fine it’s just the programmes. Any ideas why this is like this? Last week C4 HD was pixilated day after day (now ok) and now it’s this, but only this HD channel.

Hi @mswhite thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

I am sorry you're experiencing issues when watching Channel 4 in HD.  I am sorry this is an actual broadcaster issue and is not limited to the channel in question.  Other HD channels from the broadcaster are also impacted and it's across all providers, not specific to ourselves.
