Channel 142 not working

Anyone have channel 142 working. All I get is the large 4 logo.

I've just checked and it's working fine for me.

Have you tried rebooting your V6? ... (Switch off at the back, leave for 30 seconds, then turn on)

It couldn't hurt to try.

Fine for me here. Any issues local to you should be reported on the automated status line, 0800 5610061

Although I'd also be minded to check other C4-channels to see whether this is a potential broadcaster issue... C4-SD, C4-HD, 4-Seven SD/HD, More-4 SD/HD etc.

If you tune away from C4+1 and tune back to it, does the same problem happen?

Edit: Depending on the outcome of these tests, a reboot might benefit, but it's often easier & safer to do it via the box menus. Home > Help & Settings > Clear or restart.
