Just had 2 TiVo 6 boxes installed. Catchup and OnDemand are not in HD, despite your salesman assuring us “it’s the same as Sky”.
Not a good start is it? Deliberately misleading sales pitch and worse quality streamed content than on Sky’s 40Mbit connection.
Trading Standards will be contacted on Monday.
Before you do that you have to give them a chance to sort it out. For all you know you have a fault somewhere. Phone and get an engineer or at least have a conversation.
