Catch up

Hi

Just installed my TV V6 box and notice that the Catch up screens show a picture of the programmes available as opposed to a list of programmes (in time order) which I had with my previous TIVO box. Is it possible to change the current pictures into a list of programmes in time order as per the old box?

Many thanks

Re: Catch up

Hello keithsim,

Thanks for joining our community forum, it's great to have you on board.

I'm afraid it isn't possible to change the pictures into a list of programmes in time order on the V6 box.

It this was to ever change in the future then we will be sure to let you know.

Kind regards,

Dean C

Re: Catch up

Hi Dean C

Many thanks for your reply. Disappointed about this as I see it as a retrograde step. Now having had a bit more experience of Catch up with the TV V6 box, does it have the facility to do a 10 minute skip forward and backward as was available with the TIVO box?

Many thanks

Keithsim

Re: Catch up

Thanks for the reply Keithsim,

I'm sorry that this has disappointed you.

I can confirm that the facility to skip forward and backwards 10 minutes is available on your V6 box like it was on your TiVo® box.

Thanks,

Dean C

Re: Catch up

@Dean_C
Using fast forward and then the right hand que button actually moves ahead 15 minutes and not 10 minutes as stated, conversely the fast rewind and the left hand que button takes the program back 15 minutes.

You can't learn anything from a mistake until you admit that you've made it.
