Did a self-install this morning on new V6 box. Everything working fine except nothing on Catch Up and On Demand. Get message that it's temporarily not working and I should try again in a few minutes. Had this message now for about 5 hours! Is there anything I can do my end or do I need to phone CS? Thanks.
Well, I've given it 48 hours as suggested by other posts. Also tried connecting the service (over and over again) and resetting box (again, multiple times). Have reset hub and restarted everything. Still no Catch Up and On Demand! Can someone help please?
