I have tried to join Virginmediastore on-line and it keeps saying cannot load. Then when I have been able to get in and join, logging in online and on the tivo box it says cannot load leaving me feeling very frustrated.
In the past when I have tried to call VirginMedia, they put me through to the company that runs Virginmediastore and they said my tivo box cannot be an updated one, I have asked many times for an up-to-date tivo box and have heard nothing.
Can anyone help me?? Thank you.
