One of my two v6 boxes has the cs1010 error code. Rebooting does not help.
The other TiVo box, broadband and phone are working perfectly
The box is basically bricked and has been making strange noises for a while that of a hard drive failing sound.
Please could a engineer be arranged to replace the v6 box please
