Had my V6 box moved from one room to another by an engineer and am unable to watch recordings on one of my other 2 boxes. Worked perfectly before the move

What happens when you try to watch a multiroom recording - are you getting any error messages, for example?
Multiroom streaming uses the same connection between your V6 and hub, as OnDemand does. Does that work on both boxes?
How are both boxes connected to your homehub - are either ones using wireless? If so, check the status of the wireless connection using Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network.
What's reported in the top-right?
