I seem to be having more & more problems with buffering these days when streaming tv shows, I’ve restarted the hub several times but the problem is the same - any idea what else I can do? Many thanks

How is your V6 connected to your Homehub? That is what provides the internet connection.
What speeds are you getting on your home broadband, from an Ethernet connected device?
Do you have any speed problems on other devices? Laptops, tablets or phones?
