Broken remote

My tv remote has broken for my v6 box ive followed all steps what are shown online but nothing is working and i cant speak to anyone as it says all call centres are closed and on the chat ive already been waiting nearly 24 hours for a reply. Does anybody know where i can order a replacement please!!

Hi,

Please download Virgin TV Control app on your mobile phone, this will allow you to set up your phone as a TV remote for a temporary fix.

Please then contact us via text on 07533051809 advising you need a new remote and someone will be in contact with you.

Please be aware response times will be longer than usual.

Do you know how long response times are? I text that phone number over 2 weeks ago and still no reply now the tv remote app wont let me login.
