Engineers arrived Monday. Said it was the fault of HDMI cable which I now have replaced . Tv can be fine for hours then starts dropping to black/ blank screen again . Need this fixing please

Thanks for getting back to us.

You mention that the engineer advised that it was a fault with the cable which you have now replaced.

Can I confirm if it's still happening with the replaced cable?

I occasionally go to watch a recording on my V6, only to get a black screen, although the audio plays. If I then reboot the V6, the recording plays normally. Is this a known problem, or do I need to book an engineer's appointment?

Sorry to hear about that - sounds frustrating. My black screen is now linked to the problem of power supply. I haven't heard of your issue before. Maybe you could live chat virgin in case they can adjust your box remotely.
