BBC1 HD currently unavailable v53

Anyone else having any issues with BBC1 HD (108)

every other HD channel is working.  Just BBC1 HD.

error message is channel currently unavailable and the code is v53.

I’ve rebooted the box and it’s not helped.  It’s the same for our additional box too.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've had with your Tv service. 

I have located your account and taken a look on our side. I am unable to see any reported issue with this.

We are having the same problem.  No BBC1HD and Verification code V53.

Also tried the reboot to no avail and there is nothing on the service status.

Area is ME10

Hopefully it will be back tomorrow.

BBC1-HD is fine here, so it's not a national fault

Which part of the country are you in? Is there anything listed on the automated status line - 0800 5610061?

Virgin did something to the 360 today you had to redo all bbc 1 hds series links and readd the channel to your favourites, I'd guess it's connected

I can also confirm that it is down in the ME14 area as well, so appears to be an issue in the Kent area at least.

Forgot to say, service status shows it's due to be fixed in the early hours.

ME15 here.  Still not working.

Will try another reboot later.  I don't watch much on it anyway.  But I can't stand watching things in SD anymore.

all fixed now Martin.  Didn't need to do another reboot.  It was just inaccessible for about 24 hours
