And today, despite putting the code in the computer, all the TV does is offer up a fresh code.

I cannot access iPlayer AT ALL.

Did you get BBC iPlayer working? I'm at a loss right now!!

All of us in the household can not watch any programmes on BBC iPlayer.

This issue is via the broadband WiFi and the 2 x V6 boxes.

I have rebooted the Hub & V6 boxes with no joy.

Here are the error messages we get:

Via Laptops: BBC iPlayer only works in the UK. Sorry, it’s due to rights issues
Via Mobiles: This content is not currently available
Via V6 Boxes: Something went wrong loading this programme - error code 02001

sounds like the BBC has your ip listed as being outside the UK.

I managed to contact customer services last night and after going through the diagnostics I had already performed, an engineer was scheduled for today.

The engineer arrived this afternoon and I explained the issue.

The engineer decided to change the current Super Hub 2 with the new Hub 3.0

Changing the Hub has fixed the issue and we can now access BBC iPlayer OK

changing the hub changed the IP address. The hub was not the problem it was the BBC blocking your IP address.

Waste of money replacing the hub that will end up costing everyone. Its pointless chances like this that end up in price rises to cover the wasted money.

In this particular case the V6 wasn't getting the VM DNS of 194.168.4.100 from the hub, which was solved by the hub swap.
