Area21 broadband and tv issue?

HI, Anyone from HA1 (area 21) having issues with their tv and broadband.

Internet was a bit hit & miss yesterday & slow! Then this morning the tv channels were pixelated & sound intermittent with broadband internet completely down!  but Now they’ve all gone and the internet is still not working! 

Have had a few issues like this in the space of the last few weeks but can’t get an engineer out until the 6th of June which is unacceptable!!!

 

Anyone having the same issue as me with the virgin broadband and tv?

Check your service status



You can't learn anything from a mistake until you admit that you've made it.

Thanks for getting in touch and Welcome to the Community! 

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some trouble with your service recently. 

I've taken a look at your account and can see that there was a fault ticket raised in your area at the time you posted (ref:F006260662) which has now been closed. 

I've ran some tests and everything is looking good from here at the moment, so I'm hoping this means everything is working for you now?
