I can only see 13 app when press home button on remote then go to apps and games. How can I get the prime video app to appear

I have VM broadband and the same box for 7 years so I feel I’m due an upgrade

There was a free upgrade to the V6 earlier this year but you had to be a VM broadband customer as well. Those wilh only a TiVo have to pay to get a V6 or a 360.

If a TiVo is diagnosed faulty it is now swapped for a V6 FOC.

Otherwise you'll have to negotiate with VM - just beware of being sold a TV360. Sales agents are likely incentivised but converting to it is not compulsory.
