I can only see 13 app when press home button on remote then go to apps and games. How can I get the prime video app to appear

Have you tried rebooting or resetting the box.

You can reset your V6 by following Home > Help & Settings > Clear or restart.

There are 13 apps. My sister who is also on VM has several

more including Amazon prime

Are you sure you have a V6, and not a TiVo? Prime is one of the apps that isn't available on TiVo.

You can always upgrade but it will cost, and it'll cost more if you don't already have VM broadband, a necessity for all post-TiVo boxes (V6, 360 and Stream) to work. These days you'll be provided with a 360 box. You'll have to sign up to an 18-month contract.

TiVo's aren't supported for fault replacements and are replaced with V6.

Otherwise call VM and see what they'll offer you - just be careful of a sales pitch on the newer, substantially different TV360. That is fundamentally not TiVo/V6

V6 requires VM home broadband to function.
