When I try and go to any apps, Amazon, Netflix, YouTube, bbc iPlayer etc the screen is just black, can’t see anything on the screen, anyone know how to rectify this?

Can you view normal OnDemand programmes? All the services you've mentioned so far are individual apps, but they use the internet just like OnDemand.
Are you viewing on a Samsung and/or 4K UHD TV?

Can you please confirm for me if this is happening on one particular set top box or multiple?
Is the set top box you're referring to connected via Ethernet or over Wi-Fi?
