Amazone Prime still not working

For us it is the same problem as for most of the people on the forum Amazon Prime is not working!

Have you tried changing the resolution to 720p?

Can you advise a bit more about your issue?

 

In what way is Amazon Prime not working?

 

How are you trying to access Amazon Prime?

 

Are you using the app via your set top box?

 

Are you trying to steam a programme? 

 

If you can let us know what seems to be the issue, we'll be in a better position to help you out 🙂

Sorry I have the same problem as many people that have posted on the forum

I am trying to watch Amazone prime on the app on my set top box. I can log in into Amazon Prime, I can see the menue and all the programme listings but when I select one to watch, it comes with a turning wheel on a black background and nothing happens. 

I hope you can help as it is very frustrating.

Can you please confirm if you've been experiencing any broadband issues on other devices? As this application streams using the broadband. 

 

If it's just the specific application could you please go through the below steps and see if this fixes any possible glitches in the application:

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

all the other apps are working fine I am just having a problem with amazon video. I tried what you advised “ resetting the network connection” but I am still having the same problem. 
It’s very frustrating.
