Amazon Prime is logged in and showing all my account details and purchases but it won't play them or any free stuff. I have good connection to internet and it was working yesterday. Checked account. All fine on Amazon app to play the vids. So why is it no longer working on Virgin?

If the Prime app logs in, then that's the VM STB & network providing access into Amazon's platform, and any in-app issues are likely to be theirs to resolve.
You can test your V6's internet connection by using OnDemand programmes - BBC & ITV uses their own app, but all other broadcasters use VM's in-house system.
