Hi
Can anybody help with this problem. I have one Amazon Prime Video account, if I use it directly through the Prime app on my Sony TV I can see my four different profiles, but if I use the same account via my TIVO V6 box I cant see the four different profiles.

I believe that Amazon has still not enabled its Prime Video app on the V6 to support profiles.

together, or use that app directly through my sony TV.
