Since last weeks MAJOR Virgin outage our Amazon Prime Video has not worked! Get the 'white spiral' and eventual advisory to contact amazon.com/videohelp. Going to channel 205 or using the Virgin app. Amazon Video working just fine on devices as is Netflix. Anyone advise how to get this going again?????

Do other internet-based functions on your V6 work? Not an exhaustive list, but OnDemand, other streaming apps such as iPlayer, YouTube etc - I'm not clear from your post, whether you've tried this or not.
If you're not sure, please try them. That way, we'll know if this is an app-specific issue (for which a reboot is the obvious first thing) or an internet-connectivity problem.

Thank you for your reply. I have just rebooted the Tivo 6 box and Amazon Prime is launching correctly now. This has only happened after last weeks big outage and I'd just assumed the boxes would just come back on line as normal.
