If I then select the episode I want to watch the rotating circle comes up in the centre of the screen and then nothing, it eventually times out and says visit Amazons help page which doesn’t even mention anything about problems with the V6 box.

Is that for the HD or 4K version of The Grand Tour?

Have you tried fully restarting the V6 box?

Re: Amazon Prime Channel 228 not working

If the V6 is connected to the hub by WiFi, use an Ethernet cable.

Re: Amazon Prime Channel 228 not working

Same issue here.  When trying to watch anything i get the same message which says - Problem Occurred. We are unable to play your video at this time. Please contact Amazon Customer Services.

I've spoken with both VM and Amazon and neither new about the collaboration so effectively the support is non existent and therefore useless

What model is your TV? Is the V6 directly connected to it or via any A/V kit?

Does Netflix play OK including for 4K if you've got a 4K TV?

Re: Amazon Prime Channel 228 not working

I have a 2018 Panasonic OLED 55inch.  The V6 box is connected via a Pioneer Sc2024 AMP.  Everything plays as it should inc Amazon Firestick and App together with Netflix through VM and App.  The only channel that doesn't work is 228.

What are your display resolution settings on the V6 box?

Re: Amazon Prime Channel 228 not working

It is set to auto detect and uses 2160.  I tried the options as the previous user mentioned by going through all resolutions but nothing works

Re: Amazon Prime Channel 228 not working

Connect the V6 directly to the TV and I suspect that it'll be fine, if so it's because the Pioneer isn't HDCP 2.2 compliant.
