How long does it take for my channels to show on my virgin box after an upgrade?

Hi @col1305

If you phoned in and did the regrade it's usually immediately, unless you are also receiving new equipment.

Any other method normally takes 48 to 72 working hours, although can take a couple of days longer if they are really busy as the channels need to be added manually.

You could try rebooting the VM TV set top box.

Which actual box do you have?

If you have a V6 box you could try to update your channels by using your remote and clicking on

Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels and allowing around 10 minutes or so to update.

Do you mean TV channels or BB channel info? What have you upgraded to?
