Recently I’ve been getting an A01 error code whenever I try to use the YouTube app. I’ve reconnected to virgin media services in the settings menu and reset my v6 box but it still won’t work. Any suggestions

Have you tried any other apps at all or is it just an issue with YouTube?
If so and it's still an issue then give the team a call on 150/0345 454 1111 and they'll be able to take a closer look.
