i like many other I have seen have installed my V6 box today and am getting the 7400 error. The channels and guide seem to working and the speed test was fine.
Wondering if there’s anything you can do your end?
Assuming you made the activation call, it hasn’t taken effect and you’ll have to call in to get your V6 activated correctly.
I had a text message that I had to reply “go” to and then the reply said everything is ready for you to install the new equipment.
Best to still call them, that error message means it hasn't been activated.
