I’ve been unhappy with the services since joining and he lack of Sky’s cinema HD on demand was the final straw. So I did have my cancellation notice put in during the 14 day cooling off period. Virgin retention’s called and persuaded me to keep the package with no changes etc as the price wasn’t actually that bad.
Part of the decision to keep the services was the advisor told me multiple times there is a 28 day money back guarantee... which meant I could cancel in the 28 days if I wanted still, he told me to trial them.
however I’m now being told I can’t cancel without penalty! Your sales advisor lied to me!
can someone sort this?
surely this is Mis-selling. I want to leave this service has been a shambles.
