My V6 box went through a 360 install (I'm reluctant to say upgrade!) with no warning or choice. Been problems from from day 1 but a month in now it's mostly settled except that my recordings disappear. I recorded two films, saw they had recorded. Now two days later they've gone. This has happened to other recordings too. Anyone else suffered the same and have any thoughts on a solution?

Try doing a factory reset of the 360, if you have lost all your recordings use the format hard drive option, and if it happens again you have a faulty box, call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone to report a fault.
