when investigating recordings on TV360 only a few recorded programs show and not the one I want to watch. When I select view all I can only view page at a time and not line by line so still unable to view programme I want to watch.

Have you tried factory resetting and repairing the remote,
Press and hold the TV and Rewind button for 10 seconds which will factory reset the 360 remote.
After the factory reset, try pressing TV and 0 button for 10 seconds and it should now force pairing.
If that doesn't work you might need to do a factory reset of the 360, sounds drastic for this sort of problem but has worked for me in the past for similar problems.
It's only a partial system reset and not a complete factory reset. You are given 2 options,
Keep Recordings
Format Disk
Choose Keep Recordings, that means you won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up, you will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITVX again, also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.

Hi Roy,
thanks for your quick reply. I tried a few things myself after sending the post one of which was switching off the TV360 which did the trick. I recently had cause to reset the remote to delete a pairing with an amplifier, not sure but maybe that was the cause of my issue. Thanks again.
