Netflix has since yesterday stopped working on my 360 box. Menu shows as normal but any programme i select hangs at around 29%
Have switched box on and off. Tried to access through channel 204 and app, all with same result.
Any help gratefully received

Not on the 360. You will keep most of your settings (IIRC you'll need to set Match Frame Rate back to "On" and the Dolby Audio back to whatever you had it set to - if you haven't touched these settings then this won't apply) and all your recordings, series links, profile settings, etc. It will, however, reset Netflix, Amazon and iPlayer - you'll need to sign in again.

Try a factory reset of the box: Settings Cog>System>Factory Reset
You won't lose any recordings or any profile info but it will reset the Netflix app (you'll need to sign in again).
Before doing that, you could try Netflix's own advice:
Unplug your device from power for at least 1 minute.
While the device is unplugged, press the power button on the device to discharge it.
If you cannot access the power button or your device does not have one, leave your device unplugged for at least 3 minutes.
Plug your device back in.
Turn your device on.
Try Netflix again.

Thanks but surely a factory reset would wipe the box clean?

There's a whole thread on it here:
https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Virgin-TV-360/Factory-reset/m-p/4525434#M2365
Basically a discussion as to whether it's a "real" reset or not! It's more of a "refresh" than a reset. A full reset can apparently be done but requires instructions form Customer Service as to how to perform it.
