hi, I would like to get my tv box moved from the upstairs bedroom to my kitchen/dinner is there a virgin media contact number to get this organised or live chat link as I cant find one, I understand there is a one off charge for this work to be carried out

Yep - 0345 4541111 or 150 from any VM phone. Choose the "I have a fault" options and then explain you need a "non-fault tech callout" for £25
