iPlayer UHD dark on 360 box

Hello,

Recently been upgraded to 360tv... It appears that UHD/4K played through BBC iPlayer is very dark on my TV.  My TV is Panasonic TX-43HX580B, which is on the approved list.  UHD/4kPrime, Netflix etc are all fine.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

What's it like for other UHD/HDR videos from the 360, e.g. Prime Video and Netflix.

Picture perfect! No complaints with Disney, Netflix or Prime...

 

Just BBC iPlayer app through Virgin! Lol

You can try reporting it to the BBC - they are generally helpful once you get through the initial questions 

of course they will blame VM, and Panasonic etc. and vice versa

Let us know how you get on with this DarreJL, if all other apps are fine it may be a BBC issue.
