contract says i have 360 but don't

Hi, tried to upgrade to 360 a few months ago. Was told with covid that can't get it yet as an engineer is needed not sure why. but when I checked my contract it says I'm a 360 customer.

Migrating upto 2 existing V6 boxes to 360 can be done via a software update. If you have...

1: Either 3 x V6

2: Any combination of TiVo.

Then you'll need a tech visit to complete the conversion.

As long as your services are otherwise working, I'd be minded to take "what your contract says" with a slight pinch of salt here.

I have 3 v6 boxes so maybe that's why. it's just that my contract has been reset when i was nearing the end of it.

I can see that you have been advised correctly by @japitts - in this case you will have to call in to arrange a technician to carry out the conversion.
