Why haven’t I got the on demand option

I have no option to get on demand or pay per view why is this, it’s not that it’s not working it’s that it’s not even there!!! I can’t find it anywhere!!!!!

Press Home on remote then choose either CATCH UP or BOX SETS & MOVIES.

If you are also looking for PPV events they usually appear a few day's before the event, when you press the Home button it will be on the left under Guide.
