You might find that powering your box off at the mains for 5minutes kicks it into life, but otherwise this will need VM intervention. It can sometimes be caused by a mismatch between the platform your box expects to be on (i.e. 360/TiVo) and what VM's system expects.
That can only be rectified by calling in and getting the mismatch corrected. 150 (from a VM phone), or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone).
