Not sure if I’m doing something wrong but I can’t get voice search to yield any results on my 360??
I’m trying to find content with the actor James Nesbit so have tried ALL of the following commands by pressing the voice button and keeping it pressed until I have finished speaking :
“James Nesbit”.
“Find shows with James Nesbit”.
“Find programs with James Nesbit”.
Each and every time, the 360 shows at the bottom of the screen exactly what I have said correctly, BUT, each time, it just then throws up a message saying something like ‘Keep pressing the button until you have finished’ or something similar like that ?!
It doesn’t actually show me the results??

Personally, I don’t use the Voice function but would try using
“Search James Nesbit”

Hi @deans6571
I just tried a voice search for James Nesbitt whilst watching TV without bringing up the guide.
It worked for me listing:-
Murphy's Law, Stan lee's Lucky Man, Cold Feet, Bloodlands, The Missing and 9 others
This is on Build version 4.35
I had an issue a while ago with voice search and found new batteries cured it.

My batteries aren’t the issue or it wouldn’t be working at all.
I'm also on 4.35.
Trying it again and saying “James Nesbit” from just watching tv seems to now work??! I’m sure it’s the same thing I tried earlier but didn’t work before?!!!
weird!
