Hi I have to date received 3 letters ,2 on Saturday and one yesterday all with the same memorable word. I contacted customer service this morning and guess what the memorable did not work, I did other details and the guy said I would receive a new box in three to five working days but after past experiences I do not hold out much hope. He also changed password so if I need to contact them over phone hopefully will work. I will post another post when I receive box. Thanks.
