Virgin 360

Hoping somebody can help.

I received an email from VM on 12th Jan inviting me to upgrade to 360, so I decided to go for it. I received another email on 15th Jan saying install pack would be delivered on 19th. Nothing arrived so I rang VM on 21st and after about 3 hours trying managed to get through to somebody! I was told the order had only gone in on the 19th so it should arrive tomorrow (22nd). Still nothing has arrived. Has anybody else had the same issue or has anyone got any ideas?

Have you checked My Virginmedia to see if you actually have an order on your account?

I have looked at my account and can't see anything. But as I received an email with delivery date I presumed that would be enough?
