Hi, Just changed my virgin package which resulted in a 360 upgrade to my current v6 box... no new hardware, just a virtual upgrade.
Since the upgrade my tv is experiencing intermittent black screen - only on live tv. Input changed, HDMI cable changed and it's still happening - any suggestions on how to stop this happening please?

Is it on all channels on live TV. Have you checked the diagnostics test in Settings, Network, Diagnostics, if that's ok then try a factory reset of the box and select the option to keep your recordings.

I was getting intermittent blank screens on more than one channel too a couple of weeks back. Then the problem disappeared to be replaced yesterday by the total loss of 20 channels. So I am wondering now if the blank screens were a warning of a signal failure. Tbh, I haven't the foggiest. I just add it to the list of various problems I have had since I converted my V6 box to 360. Engineer called out.
