We currently have a TiVo V6 box and have opted to upgrade to 360.
We've received our new remote control today and the instructions specifically state to select the option from the home screen "upgrade to Virgin TV 360 now"
The problem is that nowhere on our home screen is that option available . I have been through every menu option and this is not available anywhere.
Can anyone provide the answer as to how, when the required menu option is invisible, are we supposed to perform the upgrade?
We've asked Virgin the other day if we needed a new box but apparently we don't.
Also to add to the mystery, Yodel have texted to say we are receiving a delivery tomorrow so perhaps a new box is on its way with this menu option installed despite being told by virgin staff we don't need a new box 😂
Anyone know the answer?????

Some people have found the update app in the All Apps folder.
Have you tried rebooting the V6?
Also using your remote go to Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to Virgin Media Service now - this might force an update and download the app.
Also I'm not too sure about this but try Home > Help & Settings > Help > Virgin TV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK > Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
I received the Yodel delivery text the day after I received the remote - no further delivery was made.
