When I try to control my virgin 360 via 'Virgin tv on the go' on my android phone all it keeps saying is: "another app is already playing" and I can't get any further!? What does this actually mean and how do I remedy this?

I have seen that message when I was using Disney+ and tried connecting my phone using the TVGO app to set a recording and I assume because the box was running the Disney+ app it couldn't connect to my phone. I have been meaning to test it again and with other apps but not got round to it yet.

That message should be ignored.
Proceed by pressing the little remote control icon.
This screenshots is from the iPad version of the app but should be similar on Android.
