V6 upgrade to 360 - lights and screen blank

I am in the process of upgrading the v6 box to 360.  I have installed the new hub and it's working but when I plug the v6 back in to do upgrade I get the solid white light on box but the WiFi and arrows symbols are red.  The screen is blank and nothing happens when I press the home screen.  Any help please?

Sorry to hear of the issues you've had here - I can see that your post is from Sunday, and before I turn into technical tom, can you let me know how things are at the moment?
