V6 box keeping turning off

Hello my v6 box keep frezzing and swiching off tried to get thru on the phone not sure why the box is doing this i might need a replacement hope virgin can look in to this

I've moved your post to the V6 board. Edited: Looking at your post history, do you have a V6 or a 360? If you're not sure, check here 

The quickest way to report box faults such as this, is to call in (150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone). What's the problem you're having with speaking to an agent?

VM staff monitor these boards, but it's not a real-time support service and you might be waiting another day or so.

Hi ben,

Have you tried a factory reset?

To factory reset go to Settings (the cog at the end of the Home menu) > System > Factory Reset.
It's actually misnamed and only a partial system reset and not a complete factory reset. You are given 2 options
Keep Recordings
Format Disk


Choose Keep Recordings

With the 360 choosing that first option you won't lose your recordings or any links you've set up (but will have to sign into apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITV Hub again)
