Upgrade to 360

Twice I’ve requested to update my V6 to the 360 software. And twice I’ve never received any new remotes. 

How do I successfully manage to get the upgrade?

Hi mightypie,

If you want to speak to someone I suggest you phone 150 from a Virgin phone and speak to retensions they will be able to process your change to 360 and may be able to offer you a better deal than you are on.

 

Doesn’t work for me

I’ve tried calling twice, both times I was told that I would be sent new remotes.  But they have never arrived 

Hi who have you spoken to if its call centre people I'm not surprised, it's been suggested you get through to retentions who are more helpful and knowledgeable. Regards Micky
