Upgrade to 360 failed. Fuzzy screen.

Hi, I started my upgrade over an hour ago and now just getting fuzz. I've unplugged numerous times but does nothing. Phoned virgin and went through the tests only for it say everything is fine. Any help much appreciated.

It's sorted now. The TV needed to be rebooted🙄
