Upgrade from V6 to 360: Error MA1/4/30

Received new 360 remote lunchtime, tried to run the 360 upgrade in the V6 menu, and it came back 'Upgrade failed. Error MA1/4/30'.

Tried multi reboots, even switched from wired too wireless and still no luck.

Using my own router with DNS set to OpenDNS and hub in modem mode.

I've not tried switching hub back to router mode yet.

YOu soemtimes have the option of turning on subtitles using the context button, that's the button with 3 dots just above and to the right of the Speech button.

OK. I'm using a Harmony Hub Elite remote, which doesn't have that button mapped (using Ziggo Mediabox Next device profile), so is there an alternative way to access that feature or do I need to use the original remote ?

I'm afraid I haven't got a harmony remote to check.

As far as I'm aware the harmony remote works when being set up as either Ziggo Mediabox Next or Ziggo DCX960. 

It's possible that the Ziggo DCX960 might have those buttons mapped if you want to try it, and if not switch back to  Ziggo Mediabox Next
